Permissions
RexZ uses a tiered permission system to allow different levels of control over the bot. Each role has a defined set of commands they can use.
Second Owner Permissions
The Second Owner has almost the same permissions as the server owner, except they cannot use the addowner command.

Only one co-owner can be added at once.
Admin Permissions
Admins have access to key server management and moderation commands.
