By using RexZ or RexZ Auth Bot, you agree that you have read and accepted this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately. If you are a regular user, we recommend reviewing this policy periodically. If you do not agree, please do not use our bots.
1. What Data Do We Store?
For RexZ:
- Server IDs – Required to manage security settings and moderation actions.
- User IDs – Stored for roles such as whitelisted users, moderators, owners, and second owners.
For RexZ Auth Bot:
- User ID – Identifies users for the verification recovery process.
- Guild ID – Links the restoration process to the correct server.
- Join Guild for you – Automatically rejoins server where you were previously verified after a nuke or member recovery. (click here to read more about RexZ Auth bot)
2. How Does RexZ Auth Bot Work?
- When a server is nuked or pruned, the bot re-adds previously verified users using the stored User ID.
- The Guild ID ensures the recovery process is linked to the correct server.
3. Who Can Access This Data?
- Only RexZ Auth Bot have access to data stored by RexZ Auth Bot.
- Server Owners and Admins can only view the restoration logs but cannot access stored tokens.
4. Data Removal & Opt-Out
4.1 For RexZ, users can request removal from stored data by asking the server owner to remove them from whitelisted/mod/admin roles.
4.2 For RexZ Auth Bot, users can Deauthorize
from discord settings to remove.
5. Your Consent
By proceeding with RexZ Auth Bot, you agree to allow us to store and process your data strictly for the purpose of server restoration.
- We ensure that your data is handled securely and will not be used for any other purpose.
- If you do not consent, please do not use this feature.
