By adding and using RexZ or RexZ Auth Bot in your Discord server, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in restricted access, removal of the bot, or other necessary actions.

1. General Usage

1.1 RexZ is a Security, Anti-Nuke, and Moderation bot, and RexZ Auth Bot is a Member Recovery bot designed for backing up your members, When Your server get nuked or pruned.
1.2 The bots must not be misused, exploited, or used in violation of Discord’s Terms of Service.
1.3 Using these bots in servers that promote illegal activities, harassment, or violations of Discord’s policies may result in blacklisting from future use.

2. Announcements & Notifications

2.1 RexZ may send important updates, announcements, or security alerts in a server’s rexz-log channel.
2.2 These announcements may include @everyone mentions to ensure critical updates reach all server owners and administrators.
2.3 If you do not wish to receive these announcements, you can:
2.3.1 Restrict the bot’s permissions in specific channels.
2.3.2 Disable @everyone mentions for the bot via Discord’s role settings.

If the rexz-log channel is not available in your server, updates mentioned in 2.1 will not be sent.

3. Data & Privacy

3.1 RexZ and RexZ Auth Bot do not collect, store, or share personal user data beyond what is necessary for their core functions.
3.2 The following data is stored for functionality and security purposes:

For RexZ:

  • Server IDs – Required to manage security settings and moderation actions.
  • User IDs – Stored for roles such as whitelisted users, moderators, owners, and second owners.

For RexZ Auth Bot:

  • User IDs – Used to track verified users for re-verification.
  • Guild IDs (Server IDs) – Required for associating users with the correct server.
  • Join Guild for you – Automatically rejoins server where you were previously verified after a nuke or member recovery. (click here to read more about RexZ Auth bot)

3.3 We do not sell, share, or misuse stored data.

4. Commands & Restrictions

4.1 Users must use bot commands responsibly and not for malicious purposes.
4.2 Moderation commands (e.g., banning, kicking, muting) are restricted to users with appropriate server permissions.
4.3 Abuse of the bot’s functionalities may result in blacklisting from future use.

5. Data Removal & Opt-Out

5.1 For RexZ, users can request removal from stored data by asking the server owner to remove them from whitelisted/mod/admin roles.
5.2 For RexZ Auth, users can Deauthorize from discord settings to remove

By using RexZ Auth Bot, you agree to allow us to store and process your User ID, Guild ID, and Access Token solely for the purpose of restoring your verified status.

Security Notice: Misuse of this feature or sharing your Access Token can compromise your account security. Proceed responsibly.

7. Support & Liability

7.1 The bots are provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime, performance, or issue resolution.
7.2 We reserve the right to remove or modify features at any time without prior notice.
7.3 We are not responsible for any disruptions, bans, or server issues caused by misuse of the bot.

8. Updates & Changes

8.1 These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
8.2 Major changes will be announced in the RexZ Support Server.
