Last updated: February 17, 2026 This Legal Defamation & Misrepresentation Policy (“Policy”) applies to RexZ Development, RexZ, RexZ Auth Bot, and all related services, software, APIs, infrastructure, documentation, websites, servers, and associated digital properties (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Any person who, by words (spoken or written), signs, visible representations, or electronic communication, makes or publishes any imputation concerning RexZ Development or its Services with intent to harm, or with knowledge or reason to believe that such imputation will harm reputation, may be liable for Defamation under Section 356 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Defamation under Section 356 BNS is punishable under Section 356(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, which provides for imprisonment, fine, or both. Where such statements are transmitted, published, or circulated electronically, liability may also arise under applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, including provisions relating to electronic publication of unlawful content, digital impersonation, and misuse or manipulation of electronic records. RexZ Development reserves all rights to pursue civil and/or criminal remedies as permitted under applicable law.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:
  1. Publishing or circulating false allegations relating to:
    • Data misuse
    • Unauthorized credential or token storage
    • Account hijacking
    • Hidden or malicious functionality
  2. Creating, editing, or distributing fabricated screenshots, altered logs, or manipulated communications intended to imply misconduct.
  3. Impersonating representatives of RexZ Development or falsely claiming official affiliation.
  4. Making public security allegations without verifiable and demonstrable technical evidence.
  5. Engaging in coordinated efforts to damage the reputation of the Services through misinformation or malicious reporting.
This Policy applies to all forms of communication, including but not limited to Discord, social media platforms, forums, review platforms, messaging applications, and other digital or physical channels.

3. Responsible Communication & Disclosure

Constructive criticism and good-faith feedback are permitted. However:
  • Allegations must be supported by factual and verifiable evidence.
  • Security concerns must be reported privately through official support channels prior to public disclosure.
  • Speculative or misleading statements presented as facts may constitute defamation.
Failure to adhere to responsible disclosure practices may be treated as malicious conduct.

4. Pre-Litigation Notice

In the event defamatory content is identified, RexZ Development may issue a formal written legal notice requiring:
  • Immediate removal of the defamatory material,
  • Public clarification or retraction where appropriate, and
  • Written confirmation of cessation of further defamatory conduct.
The recipient shall be provided up to seven (7) calendar days from receipt of such notice to comply. Failure to comply within the prescribed period may result in initiation of criminal proceedings under Section 356 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, action under applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and/or civil proceedings for damages and injunctive relief. Nothing in this clause restricts RexZ Development from initiating immediate legal proceedings in cases involving serious or ongoing reputational harm.

5. Enforcement

Upon violation of this Policy, RexZ Development reserves the right to:
  • Terminate access to the Services without prior notice;
  • Permanently blacklist users from all related platforms;
  • Report misconduct to relevant platform Trust & Safety teams;
  • File complaints before appropriate cybercrime authorities;
  • Initiate civil or criminal proceedings as permitted under law;
  • Seek monetary damages and legal costs resulting from reputational or financial harm.
All enforcement actions shall be exercised in accordance with applicable Indian law.

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to defamatory conduct against RexZ Development or its Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts within India, as permitted under applicable law.

7. Amendments

RexZ Development reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
